CheapCarInsurance Safe Driver Scholarship applicants must have no traffic incidents, accidents, or violations (tickets) for the last 12 months. Proof will be required for all chosen scholarship winners. CheapCarInsurance Safe Driver Scholarship applicants must be United States citizens, permanent residents, legal aliens, F1 students, and/or be legally authorized to be residing in the United States.
