Name: The National Weather Association AccuWeather Undergraduate Scholarship

Award Amount: $1000

Information And Eligibility: The AccuWeather Undergraduate Scholarship presented by the National Weather Association is offering a college scholarship in the amount of $1000 to any undergraduate student going into their sophomore year or higher in the fall (graduate students are not eligible for this scholarship).

AccuWeather Undergraduate Scholarship applicants will be judged on academic achievement and merit, and are required to submit two letters of recommendation (at least one from a current or former meteorology professor), and a one page statement explaining why the applicant is applying for the AccuWeather Undergraduate Scholarship. The AccuWeather Undergraduate Scholarship selection will be administered by the National Weather Association (NWA) Education Committee.
