Eligibility requirements include being an Alaska resident who graduates from an Alaska high school, completing a rigorous curriculum, and earning a minimum GPA or meeting qualifying scores on college/career entrance exams. The APS can be used at any participating college or university in Alaska, or for approved career and technical education programs in the state.
