Information and Eligibility:

This scholarship aims to support Black women pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. Recognizing the underrepresentation of Black women in STEM, the scholarship seeks to alleviate financial barriers and encourage academic excellence and diversity within these disciplines. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Demographic Requirement: Identify as a Black woman.
• Academic Status: Be enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited U.S. institution for the upcoming academic year, pursuing a degree in a STEM field.
• Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Application Materials: Submit a completed application form, official transcripts, a personal statement detailing academic and career goals in STEM, and at least one letter of recommendation from a teacher, mentor, or employer familiar with the applicant’s qualifications and aspirations.
