Information And Eligibility: If you are a student who is making a difference, achieving academic goals, and helping your community, The Buick Achievers Scholarship is looking for students like you. The Buick Achievers Scholarship is seeking motivated and passionate college bound students nationwide, to win up to $25,000 per year towards their college educations, renewable for up to 4 years.
To be eligible for application to this scholarship program, students must be current high school seniors, high school graduates, or current college undergraduate students. Applicants must plan to enroll in, or currently be enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university based in the U.S. or Puerto Rico, at full-time student status. Applicants must plan to major in a course of study that focuses on Engineering, Technology, or select Design and Business related programs, and must display an interest in pursuing a career in the automotive or related industries using one of these areas of study. All eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
There will be 100 recipients of the Buick Achievers National Scholarship award, with the chance for each recipient to receive up to $25,000 per year, available for four years (one additional year is given for students entering a five-year engineering program). Winners may use the funds toward the total cost of tuition, fees, books, supplies, required equipment, room and board and other allowable expenses, less other gift aid known at the time of application (such as other scholarships and grants you may have received).
