The Burger King Scholars Program supports high school seniors and current college students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and meaningful involvement in their schools or communities. Established through the charitable efforts of Burger King Corporation, its franchisees, and generous restaurant guests, the program has awarded more than 13,000 scholarships across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. These awards are designed to help motivated students continue their education and pursue any field of study at an accredited college or university.
Each year, the program provides a large number of $1,000 scholarships to qualifying applicants, with an additional group of scholarships awarded from the Burger King Foundation’s endowment to graduating high school seniors. The goal of the program is to recognize students who not only excel academically but also show initiative, responsibility, and a commitment to serving others.
Eligible students may be pursuing any major, and awards can be used toward tuition, books, or other education-related expenses.
