Information And Eligibility: The CBCF General Mills Health Scholarship Program has been awarding money for college to students pursuing degrees in the fields of medicine, engineering, technology, nutrition and other health-related careers since it was established in 1998. The General Mills Health Scholarship has helped hundreds of students finance their college educations, and has helped to create and establish leaders within the medical and health related fields in communities across the country. Eligible applicants for a CBCF General Mills Health Scholarship do not have to be CBCF members, however preference may be given to CBCF members. All applicants must be planing to pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree full-time or be a current full-time student in good academic standing at an accredited college or university. All applicants must be planning to pursue a degree in the fields of medicine, engineering, technology, nutrition, or other health-related studies, and have a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 grading scale. To apply for the CBCF General Mills Health Scholarship, applicants must complete the scholarship application form located on the CBCF website. In addition to the scholarship application, applicants will be required to include a personal statement essay, two letters of recommendation, a copy of their Federal Student Aid Report, and official sealed transcripts from all institutions attended.
