Information And Eligibility: CVS Caremark, in partnership with The UNCF (United Negro College Fund) has made a financial commitment help college students who wish to pursue a degree and career in the field of business. In CVS Caremark’s partnership with UNCF, they are able to create and offer $5,000 scholarships to qualified students, studying business and/or a business related field.
To qualify to apply for one of the scholarship awards, all applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: Applicants must must be United States citizens or permanent legal residents. Applicants must be able to demonstrate and verify, through their school of attendance, an unmet financial need for the award. Applicants must have a minimum, maintained GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and must be pursing an undergraduate or planning an graduate/professional degree in business finance, accounting, or human resources. Students must be attending an accredited four year undergraduate or graduate program, and must be willing to submit their resume and unofficial transcripts, as well as complete a short essay.
