The Inspire Scholarship provides tuition assistance to Delaware high school graduates who enroll full-time at Delaware State University. This scholarship supports students committed to academic excellence and community service.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Residency: Must be a Delaware resident.
• High School Performance: Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrollment: Must enroll full-time at Delaware State University immediately after high school graduation.
• Community Service: Must complete at least 10 hours of community service each semester to maintain eligibility.
