The Gerbracht Scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate both academic excellence and a commitment to service or leadership in their communities. The scholarship is open to incoming undergraduate students at UNO who have a record of strong academic achievement and who have demonstrated leadership qualities in extracurricular activities or community service. This scholarship provides financial support to help students achieve their educational and professional goals.

Eligibility for the Gerbracht Scholarship includes:

• Academic Excellence: Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Leadership and Service: Applicants must demonstrate significant leadership experience or involvement in community service or extracurricular activities.
• Full-Time Enrollment: The applicant must be enrolling full-time in an undergraduate program at UNO.
• Renewal Requirements: The scholarship may be renewable for up to four years, provided the recipient maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0 and continues to demonstrate involvement in leadership or community service activities.
