Award Amount: Full tuition, fees, room, board, and books at Delaware State University. Renewable for up to three years with a cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Information and Eligibility:

The Herman M. Holloway Sr. Memorial Scholarship honors the first African American state Senator in Delaware. It is awarded to Delaware high school seniors who demonstrate academic promise and plan to enroll full-time at Delaware State University.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Residency: Must be a Delaware resident.
• Academic Performance: Must have a minimum SAT score of 1000 and a strong academic record.
• Educational Plans: Must enroll full-time at Delaware State University.
