Information And Eligibility: The Hershey’s Scholarship Program is a college scholarship opportunity offered to recent high school graduates and incoming or current college freshmen. The Hershey’s Scholarship Program, provided by Hershey Food Corporation is a long-standing scholarship program offering financial support to those students who plan on enrolling in an accredited four-year college or university in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.

Hershey’s Scholarship Program applicants must be incoming college freshmen, who have graduated from a participating High School, with a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Scholarship applicants must be enrolled in or accepted to one of the following four-year colleges or universities: Bloomsburg University, California University of Pennsylvania, Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, Clarion University, East Stroudsburg State University, Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, Lock Haven University, Mansfield University, Millersville University, Slippery Rock University Of Pennsylvania, West Chester University of Pennsylvania, or UNCF Institutes. Hershey’s Scholarship Program applicants are required to submit the following, along with completing the online scholarship application: a final high school transcript, a letter of recommendation, and a short biography (minimum of 300 words). Scholarship applicants must also have applied for financial aid by filing a FAFSA. Selected Hershey’s Scholarship Program winners will receive up to a $5000 college scholarship.
