The Kaiser Permanente College To Caring Program offers a fantastic scholarship opportunity for students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. This scholarship awards $8,000 per year to juniors and seniors enrolled in accredited nursing programs. The scholarship aims to support Hispanic students from Northern California who are committed to a career in nursing and have demonstrated financial need.
To be eligible for the Kaiser Permanente College Nursing Scholarship, students must meet several criteria. Applicants must be of Hispanic descent and either U.S. citizens or permanent residents. They must also be residing in Northern California and attending an accredited university in the region. Eligible students must be rising juniors or seniors, enrolled full-time in an undergraduate nursing program, and have a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. In addition, applicants must demonstrate financial need and plan to continue their nursing studies in the upcoming academic year.
