Eligibility Criteria:

• Residency: Must be a resident of Kansas.
• Ethnic Background: Must identify as African American, Hispanic, Native American, or Asian/Pacific Islander.
• Academic Excellence: Must meet at least one of the following criteria:
  • ACT score of 21 or above
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Rank in the top 33% of high school graduating class
  • Selection by National Merit Corporation
  • Selection by College Board as a Hispanic Scholar
