Information And Eligibility:
The Graduate and Professional Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to Maryland residents pursuing advanced education in select graduate and professional fields. This need-based scholarship is designed to support students enrolled in eligible programs, helping reduce the financial barriers associated with obtaining advanced degrees.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a Maryland resident.
  • Must be enrolled in an eligible graduate or professional program, including:
    • Dentistry
    • Law
    • Medicine
    • Nursing
    • Pharmacy
    • Social Work
    • Veterinary Medicine
  • Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA.

Application Process:

  • Complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1.
