The May Firm Bi‑Annual Scholarship is offered by The May Firm, a California-based personal injury law firm founded by attorney Robert May—himself the first in his family to attend college. Applicants are required to submit a 300-word essay describing a traumatic experience in their life and how they overcame it. In addition, applicants must include a current resume listing their GPA and the college or community college they attend or plan to attend.
