While applicants need not be Rhode Island residents, they must be enrolled in programs that focus on jewelry design, manufacturing, or related fields. The scholarship aims to foster the development of future professionals in the jewelry industry.

Eligibility criteria include:

  • Enrollment Status: Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited institution, pursuing a jewelry-related curriculum. Both full-time and part-time students are eligible.
  • Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required.
  • Residency: Open to students nationwide; Rhode Island residency is not required.
