Information And Eligibility: The National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA) is holding a Natural Disaster PSA Video Scholarship contest to help stress the importance utilizing the services of a Licensed Contractor for repairs needed after a natural disaster. The Natural Disaster PSA Videos can be no longer than 27 seconds, and no shorter than 23 seconds in length. Natural Disaster PSA Video Scholarship applicants must submit their PSA Videos in a DVD format (and include 2 DVD copies per submission), online video formats will not be accepted.
All Natural Disaster PSA Video Scholarship entries will be judged on originality, creativity, effectiveness of the message, and production quality. The first place scholarship prize will be $3,000, second place scholarship prize will be $1,250, and the third place scholarship prize will be $750. The Natural Disaster PSA Video Scholarship Contest is open to all students enrolled in any university, college or community/technical school.
