Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a legal resident of North Dakota.
• Must graduate from an accredited North Dakota high school, approved home education program, or possess an equivalent qualification (e.g., GED).
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must achieve qualifying scores on the ACT (composite score of at least 24) or SAT equivalent.
• Completion of a rigorous high school curriculum, which includes specific course requirements as outlined by the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction.
• Enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited North Dakota postsecondary institution.
• Scholarship recipients must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 in college to retain eligibility.
