Information and Eligibility:

The NSHSS Foundation Business & Public Policy Scholarship is awarded by the National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) to support students pursuing degrees in business, finance/economics, or public policy. This scholarship is open to high school students of all grade levels who meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Intended Major: Planning to major in Business/Business Administration, Finance/Economics, or Public Policy.

Application Process
To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit the following materials:

  • Educator Recommendation: A letter of recommendation from an educator.
  • Personal Statement: A 500-800 word essay responding to the prompt: “What inspires you to choose business, finance/economics, or public policy as your major? Provide examples of your dedication and passion to your chosen field.”
  • Headshot: A color photograph suitable for website posting.
  • Transcript: Academic transcript reflecting current GPA and coursework.
  • Resume: An updated resume highlighting relevant experiences and achievements.
