The Nursing Economic$ Foundation Graduate Nursing Scholarship Program supports registered nurses who are advancing their education at the master’s or doctoral level with a focus on leadership, administration, management, and education. Administered by the Nursing Economic$ Foundation, this long-standing program reflects the Foundation’s commitment to strengthening nursing leadership and improving health care delivery through education and research.
Since its inception, the Nursing Economic$ Foundation has awarded more than $485,000 in scholarships through 2025, helping graduate nursing students offset the cost of advanced education while preparing for influential roles across health care systems, academic institutions, and policy environments. The scholarships are designed for nurses who demonstrate strong academic performance, professional promise, and a clear career trajectory in nursing leadership–focused disciplines.
Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizen registered nurses enrolled in accredited master’s or doctoral nursing programs that emphasize nursing administration, management, leadership, or education. Scholarship funds are awarded jointly to the recipient and their academic institution and are intended to assist with tuition expenses for the applicable academic year.
