Award Amount: $5,000 per recipient

Information and Eligibility:
The Oklahoma Bar Foundation Fellows Scholarship supports law students enrolled in one of Oklahoma’s three law schools who intend to practice law in Oklahoma and show commitment to public service. Applicants must be Oklahoma residents and demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, and potential for success as legal professionals.

Eligibility criteria include:

• Academic Level: Enrolled in a second- or third-year law program at an Oklahoma law school.
• Residency: Continuous legal resident of the State of Oklahoma for a specified period.
• Commitment to Profession: Intent to practice law in Oklahoma and demonstrate civic or professional service.
• Membership Preference: Preference may be given to students whose parent or grandparent is or was a member in good standing of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Application Requirements:

• Completed scholarship application form.
• Résumé and personal statement outlining career goals in the legal profession.
• Official or unofficial transcript confirming law school enrollment and academic standing.
• Documentation of Oklahoma residency.
• Letters of recommendation may be required.
