Information and Eligibility:
The OLCA Scholarship supports students pursuing education and training in landscaping, horticulture, landscape design, landscape contracting or related “green industry” fields. The objective is to invest in the next generation of landscape professionals and to help reduce financial barriers for those studying careers in the landscape industry. The scholarship is open to individuals enrolled in accredited community colleges, technical schools, or universities that offer horticulture, landscape construction, landscape design, or related programs accepted by OLCA.
Each year OLCA awards multiple scholarships (up to ten) to deserving applicants. Scholarship recipients may also reapply in future years as long as they continue to meet the eligibility criteria and remain enrolled in a landscape-related educational program. Award funds can be used toward tuition, fees, books, or other education-related expenses. The program reflects OLCA’s commitment to promoting environmental stewardship, professional excellence, and growth of the landscaping industry in Oregon and beyond.
