The OTA Safety Management Council Scholarship supports high-school seniors who are children or dependents of members or employees of the Oregon Trucking Associations (OTA). • Completed scholarship application form provided by the OTA Safety Management Council.

• Proof of parent or guardian’s eligibility (membership or employment with an OTA member company).
