Information And Eligibility: In honor of artist Pat Buckley Moss, who had a struggle with dyslexia during her school years, this scholarship opportunity is offered to young people who have learning disabilities and are perusing a career in the visual arts field. The criteria for eligibility for the P. Buckley Moss Endowed Scholarship are as follows: All applicants must be high school seniors, with a verified specific language-related learning disability. Applicants must display a verified financial need, and must be accepted to an accredited four-year college or university or a two-year community college. Applicants should display a talent for the visual arts, and plan on pursuing career in a visual arts field. Awards of at least $1,500 will be awarded to one or more high school seniors who best meet all of the qualifications listed above. These scholarships are potentially renewable for up to three additional years.
