The scholarship awards can be up to $5,000 per year, and winners could receive up to $20,000 over four years to help complete a bachelor’s degree.

To be eligible for the KFC Colonel’s Scholars Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Have earned a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Plan to pursue a bachelor’s degree at a public, in-state college or university.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Demonstrate a financial need for college.

KFC Scholarship winners may begin their college career by entering into either a 2-year or 4-year accredited in-state college/university, as long as they stay on track to complete a bachelor’s degree program.

Eligibility Requirements:
