The scholarship is open to high school students and currently enrolled college students, as long as they are under the age of twenty-five. Essays must be written in 1,000 words or less and should demonstrate creativity, insight, and personal reflection. The goal is to inspire students to consider how daily habits, nutrition, exercise, social behavior, and mental well-being contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
Students from the United States and Canada are eligible to apply, and the scholarship welcomes applicants from all fields of study.
