The Helen Lansdowne Resor Scholarship is a global initiative, established in collaboration with the 4A’s Foundation, designed to uplift historically marginalized creative voices—specifically female and non-binary college students—in the advertising and creative industries. Named in honor of Helen Lansdowne Resor, the advertising industry’s first female copywriter and a pioneering creative force at VML, the program seeks to nurture the next generation of bold, inventive talent.

This scholarship grants four recipients:

• $10,000 to support their educational and creative pursuits
• An 8-week paid internship at a VML office in their region
• A dedicated one-to-one mentorship with a VML professional
• “First look” placement consideration with VML after graduation

Eligibility is open to female and non-binary students currently enrolled in college, particularly those studying creative disciplines—applicants typically need to be actively pursuing relevant education and demonstrating creative potential.
