Information And Eligibility: This scholarship is for students attending any college or university who have either played golf in West Virginia as an amateur for recreation or competition, or have been employed in West Virginia as a caddie, groundskeeper, bag boy, or similar role. A reference from a coach, golf professional, or employer is required, along with a personal essay explaining how the game of golf has impacted the applicant’s life. Applicants must submit their most recent grades; official transcripts are not necessary. Financial need is not a requirement for this scholarship, and it is not renewable.
