  • Be of African American, Hispanic, Native American, Native Alaskan, Asian, or Pacific Island descent.
  • Be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited four-year college or university within the United States.
  • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
  • Be pursuing a degree in one of the qualifying technical disciplines, including but not limited to:
    • Chemistry
    • Computer Science or Information Systems
    • Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Software)
    • Material Science
    • Physics or Applied Science

Application Requirements:
Applicants are required to complete and submit all components of the Xerox Technical Minority Scholarship application by the published deadline. Required materials include:

  • A completed online application form available through Xerox’s corporate citizenship and community involvement portal.
  • Official transcripts verifying GPA and major field of study.
  • Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Documentation of enrollment in a qualifying technical or scientific program.
