The Law Enforcement Officer’s Dependent Scholarship (LEODS) provides full tuition and mandatory fee waivers to dependents of Arkansas law enforcement officers, firefighters, and correction employees who were killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty. Eligible dependents include spouses and children, and the scholarship is applicable at participating Arkansas public colleges and universities.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a dependent (spouse or child) of an eligible Arkansas law enforcement officer, firefighter, or correction employee killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty.
• Must be a resident of Arkansas.
• Must enroll at an eligible Arkansas college or university.
• Maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined by the institution.
