The Bonner Community Scholarship is a four-year program at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) that combines financial support with a commitment to community service and leadership development. Bonner Scholars work as part of a team—including students, staff, and community members—to improve the quality of life in the Trenton area. In return for the scholarship, students are expected to engage in community service (300 hours per year) and participate in co-curricular and curricular opportunities that develop their skills as citizens and community leaders.
