Information And Eligibility: Chi-Gems provides a venue, and the opportunity for up and coming artists to have their art displayed. In addition, Chi-Gems also offers the Chi-Gems Scholarship to help those with a passion for the arts pursue their dreams of a higher education. The Chi-Gems Scholarship Program seeks to recognize students who do well academically, and also contribute to their school and/or community by getting involved.
The Chi-Gems Scholarship Program is available to high school students in grades nine through twelve, and also to non-professional adults wishing to continue their art education. Chi-Gems Scholarship applicants are required to have a minimum 2.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) to be eligible for the scholarship award. This is an essay-based scholarship with art work required. The Chi-Gems Scholarship award is for $250, which will be distributed to any accredited school in the United States.
