The Scholarship for Excellence in Career & Technical Education (CTE) supports Delaware students who have excelled in Career and Technical Education programs during high school and plan to pursue further education in a related field.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Residency: Must be a Delaware resident.
• High School Achievement: Must have completed a Career & Technical Education program in high school.
• Educational Plans: Plan to enroll full-time in a related field of study at a regionally accredited college or university.
• Academic Performance: Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
