Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a high school senior or incoming first-time freshman admitted to Delaware State University.
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must have earned a minimum SAT score of 1200 (Evidence-Based Reading and Math) or an ACT composite score of at least 25.
• Must demonstrate leadership through extracurricular activities, school clubs, athletics, volunteer work, or community service.
