The Farm Credit Foundation for Agricultural Advancement offers scholarships to high-school seniors and college students who plan careers in agriculture or agriculture-related fields. For West Virginia residents, eligible counties include Berkeley, Brooke, Hancock, Jefferson, Marshall, Morgan and Ohio counties.

Selection Criteria:

Evidence of commitment to agriculture and readiness for a relevant career.
Academic performance and leadership potential.
Completeness and quality of the application materials.

Additional Details:

For the 2025-26 cycle: at least $350,000 in total scholarships awarded, with individual awards valued up to $10,000.
Award funds may be used for tuition, room and board, textbooks, summer/winter classes, and study abroad (for credit) but *not* for research-only or conference expenses.
Recipients may be eligible to receive the scholarship up to four times.
