The Florida Dairy Farmers Academic All-State Team, in partnership with the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA), honors 24 graduating high school seniors across Florida who excel both academically and athletically. This prestigious recognition celebrates student-athletes who demonstrate a strong balance between classroom achievement, varsity-level sports, and community engagement.
Each of the 24 recipients—12 girls and 12 boys—receives a $1,700 scholarship and a commemorative medallion. From this group, one male and one female student are selected as the Ron Davis Scholar-Athlete of the Year, earning an additional $4,600 each (for a total of $6,300) and receiving special recognition at an awards banquet.
Eligibility criteria include:
Deadline: Nomination forms are distributed in early January and must be submitted to the FHSAA by late January each year (exact date varies; check with your school’s athletic office).
