• Must be in the early stages of their PhD program (preferably in the first or second year).
• Exemplary academic performance and strong research potential demonstrated through coursework, publications, or projects.
• Must be nominated by a faculty advisor or research supervisor, who will submit a letter of recommendation.
• Open to students at universities worldwide.
