Information And Eligibility: The Jessica Karrat Dance Scholarship is open to all students attending two and four-year colleges, universities, and dance schools in the United States. Jessica Karrat Dance Scholarship recipients must be residents of the United States, and a minimum award of one scholarship, in the amount of $500 per year, is being awarded to assure that the scholarship will be significant enough to provide financial assistance.

Jessica Karrat Dance Scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit and not financial need. The scholarship applicants are asked to explain how the dance program or training will benefit you the dancer, the art of dance and the world at large. Candidates for the Jessica Karrat Dance Scholarship are selected by a committee on an objective and non-discriminatory basis and consistent with the purpose of the scholarship foundation. Criteria such as age, religion, race, ethnic group or gender are not used in the scholarship selection process.
