Information And Eligibility:
The National GEM Consortium Fellowships provide financial support to underrepresented graduate students pursuing master’s and doctoral degrees in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) fields. The fellowships are designed to increase the number of Black, Hispanic, and Native American students in STEM graduate programs and to promote diversity in the STEM workforce.
Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and must be pursuing graduate study in an eligible STEM field. Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence and leadership potential. The fellowship covers full tuition, offers a stipend for living expenses, and provides funding for research and professional development.
