The Trustee’s Scholarship is the most prestigious merit-based scholarship offered by the University of New Hampshire (UNH). Eligibility for the Trustee’s Scholarship includes:

• Academic Excellence: Applicants must have a weighted recalculated GPA greater than 4.0 in a strong college preparatory curriculum, including core academic courses such as English, math, science, social science, and foreign language.
• Residency: The scholarship amount varies based on residency status. New Hampshire residents receive $9,000, while non-New Hampshire residents receive $14,000.
• Renewal Requirements: The scholarship is renewable for up to four years (eight consecutive semesters), provided the recipient maintains continuous enrollment as a full-time student with a minimum of 12 credits per semester and achieves a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher by the end of the fourth semester, maintaining this GPA during the remainder of the undergraduate career at UNH.
