  • Enrollment: Must be an incoming freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior enrolled full- or part-time in a degree program leading to a career in the horticultural industry.
  • Academic Performance: Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Application Requirements: Must submit a completed online application, high school or college transcripts, a 500–1,000 word essay addressing specified topics, and two letters of recommendation from eligible sources.
  • Recommendation Sources: May include a faculty member, horticultural professional, community leader, or employer/supervisor.
