Submit an official transcript that includes all completed and planned physics-related coursework.
Two letters of recommendation:
- One from an SPS advisor or faculty member familiar with your leadership activities.
- One from another faculty member or mentor who can attest to your academic achievements and leadership potential.
A certification form from the Department Chair verifying good academic standing and satisfactory progress toward your degree.
