• Submit a completed application form and an essay of approximately 400-500 words.

  • Call the CCA Home Office at 1-800-999-1970 to request a membership information packet.
• Download and complete the scholarship entrance form from the CCA website.
• Write a 400-500 word essay on the assigned topic, ensuring proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Submit the completed entrance form and essay before the application deadline.
