The Nightwing Scholarship

Name: Nightwing Scholarship

Award Amount: $5,000

Information and Eligibility:
The Nightwing Scholarship, in collaboration with Nightwing and The AFCEA Educational Foundation, seeks to support a student dedicated to advancing national security in the cyber intelligence community. This scholarship is intended for students pursuing degrees in Cyber Intelligence and will be applied to the student’s ongoing higher-level academic education. This scholarship is available to both undergraduate and graduate students attending accredited community colleges or four-year universities.

Eligibility criteria include:

Application Process
Submissions must include the following documents:

Completed Application: In addition to basic information, applicants must answer several short-answer questions. Applications open on October 1st.
Official Transcript: Submit an official transcript showing completed courses and grades, including grades from the Spring semester. Transcripts should be sent electronically through your school. If electronic submission is not possible, official documents can be mailed to the AFCEA address below, to arrive by the deadline.
Letter of Recommendation: One letter of recommendation must be submitted from a professor at the applicant’s current institution.
Essay: A brief essay (250 words or less) describing the applicant’s financial need.
