Information And Eligibility: WyzAnt is a tutoring, teaching, and coaching network that helps to connect students to qualified tutors from across the country. WyzAnt offers an annual college scholarship opportunity to qualified applicants, which gives away $15,000 in annual college scholarship awards. The WyzAnt College Scholarship contest is an essay based scholarship contest, for which applicants are asked to submit an essay of 300 words or less, answering the question: If you could teach everyone in the world one thing, what would it be.
WyzAnt College Scholarship applicants are then asked to promote their scholarship essays through their social networks (such as Facebook), and encourage their friends and family to vote for their essay. The scholarship essays with the most votes will be chosen as WyzAnt College Scholarship Finalists. A group of WyzAnt tutors will judge the WyzAnt College Scholarship essays in the final round and select the winners. WyzAnt College Scholarship award amounts are: $10,000 for first place, $3,000 for second place, and $2,000 for third place.
