The Frank and Agnes Campbell Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students who are pursuing a degree in education. This scholarship is designed to support students who are passionate about becoming teachers.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours for the fall semester.
  • Must be ranked in the top 25% of your high school graduating class.
  • Must intend to major in education.
  • Must submit a typed essay addressing why you aspire to become a teacher.
  • Must provide three references, with at least two from your high school (including names, titles, and telephone numbers).

Application Requirements:

  • Typed essay (minimum 250 words) addressing how a Rhode Island College education will help you accomplish your goals.
  • List of extracurricular activities, including school activities, community service, and employment.
