Information And Eligibility:

NCA Sally Beauty Scholarship applications are now available. These scholarships are available to current cosmetology students and students considering entering the field of cosmetology. The scholarships will be awarded in two separate categories: Seven $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to high school graduates who wish to enter the cosmetology profession. Six $500 scholarships will be awarded to current PBA / NCA members for continuing their education in the field of cosmetology.

Thirteen NCA Sally Beauty Scholarship recipients will be chosen and notified by mail. All scholarships are funded by Sally Beauty Supply and administered by the Professional Beauty Association and National Cosmetology Association. Applications will be reviewed by a committee appointed by the President of the National Cosmetology Association. All scholarship awards are final.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a high school graduate wishing to enter the cosmetology profession or a current PBA/NCA member continuing their education in cosmetology.
• Must be a U.S. resident.
• Must meet the GPA requirements set by the scholarship application committee.
• Must demonstrate a commitment to pursuing a career in the field of cosmetology.

Application Requirements:

Applicants must submit an application form along with their academic transcripts, proof of enrollment in a cosmetology program, and any other required documents as specified by the scholarship committee. All recipients will be notified by mail.
