The Delaware SEED Scholarship Program provides tuition assistance to Delaware high school graduates pursuing an associate degree at Delaware Technical Community College or the University of Delaware’s Associate in Arts program.

Eligibility Requirements:

• High School Performance: Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Disciplinary Record: No felony convictions.
